I agree with °jark about the whole 'white' thing while viewing. It HURTS my eyes and I have highly sensitive eyes. So to do -that- was like OW! ><;

The search is improved a lot, which is wonderful. I like that we can search within categories. Awesome.
I hate that messages now are just divided by deviations and everything else. Before, it said how many were notes, comments, hot topics, journals, forum replies, etc. I liked that feature.
Your ID isn't cut off for me, but I have a widescreen monitor.
I think it would appease those that are unhappy with the newest version if we could individually choose the layout that we view on the site so that we can change back to v4 if we want. That would probably be extrememly difficult to implement from the technical aspect (I have no idea), but failing that, I think people will be making their own stylesheets and skins so that Firefox users at least can view the site the way they want to.

But yeah the message thing is shitty. Point blank but a thought would be if we could customize certain features of V5 with V4 {like the enlarged images and such} but keep my cover page picture thingies damn it! mrow.
